1. Who we are

Storeskye is a multi-tenant marketplace operated from storeskye.com. Wholesalers list inventory, retailers sell it from their own storefronts, and buyers purchase protected by Payment Assurance (escrow) on every order.

By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Accounts and profiles

Every account carries three profiles — Customer, Affiliate and Creator — under one identity and one KYC record. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Payouts and cross-border features require identity verification (KYC) at the tier shown in your dashboard.

3. Orders, Payment Assurance and delivery

Buyer payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed — by buyer confirmation, delivery OTP, or GPS proof plus a 72-hour review window. Only then are funds released to the seller and platform.

If an order cannot be delivered, the escrow is refunded to the buyer in full.

4. Sellers, wholesalers and credit

Retailers may claim wholesaler stock on credit (InventoryCredit) subject to limits, tenors and repayment behaviour. The platform enforces a minimum 5% markup over base price and settles delivered orders automatically.

Platform fees are deducted at settlement as published in the seller terms accepted at onboarding.

5. Prohibited use

No counterfeit goods, fraud, falsified deliveries, self-dealing between your own profiles, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes. Violations may lead to suspension, withheld payouts and offboarding with records preserved for collections.

6. Liability

Storeskye provides the marketplace, payment assurance and settlement rails. Seller product descriptions, quality and legality remain the seller's responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
