Account data (name, email, phone), order and delivery information, KYC documents when you upgrade tiers, and usage data that helps us operate and secure the marketplace.

2. What we use it for

Processing orders and protected settlements, delivering purchases, verifying identity where required, preventing fraud, and — with your consent — telling you about relevant products and offers.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Where data lives

Our platform runs on infrastructure in the European Union with encrypted nightly backups. Nigeria's NDPA and the EU GDPR guide our handling; cross-border transfers use appropriate safeguards.

4. Sharing

We share only what's needed to serve you: delivery details with couriers, payment data with Paystack/FogPay for processing, and verification data with KYC providers. Each processor is bound by data-processing terms.

5. Your rights

Access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time from your account settings or by writing to [email protected]. KYC and ledger records are retained as required by financial regulations.
